Jennifer Dai

Director, organizational growth

Jen is on a mission to unlock Nexleaf’s potential by working closely with leaders to build an amazing team and culture that fosters personal growth and global impact. She leads all aspects of our people function and is a thought partner and values-driven coach. Previously, Jen was the Head of People for Guidant Financial, a global fin-tech that helped entrepreneurs fund and grow their small businesses. She’s a people geek and regularly obsesses over culture, leadership and organizational dynamics. She spent the first half of her career as a CPA for Ernst & Young where she got an introduction to HR by advocating for inclusion, talent management and wellness programs.

She is honored to be part of Nexleaf and grateful for the opportunity to impact climate health while working with such a talented and humble team. She appreciates how committed everyone is to curiosity, collaboration, and getting better.

Jen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology, with minors in Management and Accounting from the University of California, Irvine and completed a program in HR Management at the University of Washington. She holds a C.P.A., GPHR and SHRM-SCP. By night, Jen is a life coach, amateur mushroom forager, and wanderluster.
