Andrew O’Keefe

Andrew O’Keefe is the Senior Manager of Business Operations & Finance at Nexleaf Analytics, responsible for leading and overseeing business, finance, and administrative operations and supporting the organization’s business strategy, budget, and key metrics. Andrew brings over 14 years of financial planning and analysis expertise, managing and optimizing financial functions for public and private organizations. He is a driven leader with experience managing teams in financial forecasting, planning, analysis, administration, accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Before joining Nexleaf, Andrew served as Finance Manager at the Oregon Department of Transportation, encompassing wide-ranging aspects from strategic planning, financial forecasting, and accounting to successfully implementing substantial budget increases and setting up major new programs.

Andrew attained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Portland in 2009. He is currently earning his MBA at Villanova University with concentrations in Business Analytics and Applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Lindsey Burke

Lindsey brings over a decade of experience partnering with leaders at all levels to implement impactful people strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments. She holds a BA from Western Michigan University, a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida. Lindsey’s background includes extensive global recruiting and HR expertise, with a proven track record of fostering inclusive, supportive, and strengths-based workplace cultures that prioritize talent engagement and retention.

Hannah Mills

Hannah is the Senior Program Manager for Vaccines. She manages the planning and operations for Nexleaf’s vaccine cold chain projects to ensure that governments and health workers around the world have access to quality data to guide their vaccine decision-making and improve health outcomes. Hannah is motivated by Nexleaf’s focus on partnering with local stakeholders to generate user-centered data and solutions.
She has an MPH in Global Health from Boston University and served as a Peace Corps Health Volunteer in Senegal. Prior to joining Nexleaf, she managed social and behavior change programs in a wide range of health areas in Francophone West Africa for the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Hannah is passionate about using technology and human-centered design approaches with communities to achieve their goals.

Nelima Otipa

Nelima has over 10 years of experience in Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Project management, working in the implementation of projects in Reproductive Health, HIV, Maternal and Child Health and Non-Communicable Diseases as well as research projects in these program areas. She has worked in different capacities that highlighted the importance of data and therefore shaped her interests in telling data stories. Nelima is passionate about the use of technology for efficiency and data for decision-making.

Anita Sircar

Anita Sircar is the Head of Operations at Nexleaf and has been with the company since 2015. She supports Nexleaf in contract management, manufacturing & logistics, and training country teams in remote temperature monitoring device deployments. She holds a degree in literature from the University of Calcutta in India and has a decade-long experience in international development.
Outside of work Anita enjoys traveling and is passionate about exploring different cuisines.

Susan Njenga

As the Head of Product at Nexleaf, Susan leads her team in building innovative digital products and solutions through strategic vision. She is keen on using data and insight to bring to life digital solutions that are innovative, impactful and accessible.

Susan is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years’ experience in software technology building digital health products. Her passion for innovation and success at being an impact driven leader for fast growing health tech companies using data to inform and build scalable products has birthed multiple products that bridge the gap between technology and user need.

Susan has led product teams at Teladoc, Sharecare, Medhost, and Mitel Technologies, amongst other consulting initiatives, to build and deliver engaging digital health solutions and programs. Her experience extends to include working and building relationships with various Kenyan teams for special projects that harness technology and education as the bridge to solving healthcare needs through digital solutions.

Susan is a Computer Science graduate from the university of Central Oklahoma with a minor in Business. She is also a certified professional in Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma and Web Accessibility, WCAG 2.0 & Section 508.

Ednah Kiome

Ednah Kiome is Nexleaf’s Director, Emerging Products. She has over 9 years experience in UX research, product design, product management, and program management.

Prior to joining Nexleaf, she led various teams to deliver user-centric products. She has previously worked at KPMG, Sage Group PLC and Equity Group holdings.

Ednah holds a BSC in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University and is passionate about using data, human centric design, and technology to make an impact.

Erin Ross

Communications Director

Erin Ross became Nexleaf’s Communications Director in December 2023. Erin started at Nexleaf in 2014 and has since served in many roles, including as Communications Manager and Senior Writer. She has written and produced multiple core documents for Nexleaf, including the Nexleaf Values and Data Rights. One of her recent report productions, The Power of Outage Alerts, tells the story of a remarkable new use case for power monitoring tech with lifesaving potential. Erin strives to communicate what matters most about the outstanding and unique data solutions that the Nexleaf team builds, alongside our partners in Ministries of Health and health organizations around the world.
