Kelsey Syms serves as the Partnerships Manager for Nexleaf Analytics, joining the team with over six years of experience in program management and strategic partnerships. Formerly focused on combatting human trafficking and online child exploitation, she has worked across sectors to design and implement innovative solutions aimed at protecting vulnerable populations and driving positive social impact.

Kelsey holds a MA in Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado – Boulder. Her passion for human rights and her expertise in building cross-sector collaborations have shaped her career and continue to drive her commitment to empowering and equipping individuals with the resources to succeed.
